• 7 -10 years relevant experience in Sap Service Management implementation preferably with ECC 6.0
• Hands-on experience in full implementation projects primarily as SM designer with secondary skills of Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules or plant Maintenance Module.
• The client is looking for all round experts that have experience from requirements gathering to setting up the entire flow of service order Management, delivery and invoice and integrations with other modules such as SD, MM and FI/CO
• Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners globally while documentation is utmost important to ensure that our client has the requirements clearly aligned with the business stakeholders.
• Able to lead and drive delivery of an IT solution or GAPs to capture business requirements from various stakeholders
• Some hands-on experience on related SAP ECC HR module will be an advantage
• Able to work in a fast- paced environment, multi tasks on various allocations and handle stressful situations.
• Hands on experience in S4 HANA CRM or SM will be an advantage
• A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school

• A Project Team member that continues to develop and maintain the global solution or
• As designer/Gap Lead on Continuous Improvement developments in the existing solution and landscape
