For a leading client in the automotive manufacturing industry in France we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect specialised in CSM (Customer Service Management) and Integrations.
The Role
Architect & design ServiceNow implementation
Requirement gathering, design solution for end to solution through ServiceNow application.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders to propose best fit solutions
Helping development team to prepare design document, Development, Testing, Implementation
To work with the process owner to define technical details to translate user stories with technical details
Responsible for technical delivery including required documentation of high quality and cost-effective ServiceNow solutions
Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
Your Skills
Over 8 years ServiceNow Architecture experience and over 4 years CSM/Integration experience
Certified Customer Service Management (CSM) OR ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
Service Portal, CSM, Next UI Framework, Integration Hub
Experience on Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, Flow Designer
Experience Developing integrations with and without Integration hub, including, JDBC, REST/SOAP, File
Designing best fit solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
Experience in designing Integration architecture with ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITIL processes
This role is 100% remote with occasional travel to France
English language mandatory, French speaking good to have
